To use the Service, you must be at least 13 years old. You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information (such as your email address) and to maintain the security of your login credentials.

3. Acceptable Use

You may only use the Service for lawful purposes related to pickleball activities. You may not:

PickleBuddies is a community-focused service. We expect all users to:

• Follow community guidelines and ladder rules

We strive to keep the Service available, but we cannot guarantee 100% uptime. The Service is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind.

7. Limitation of Liability

PickleBuddies is a community service operated by volunteers. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service.
